The Perennial Group, founded in 1989, manufactures and trades high quality power cord, power cord sets, cables and wire, wire harness and plastic resins. The Group's primary markets are North America, Europe, Australia and Japan where it sells to prominent multi-national producers of electrical and electronic products. The operations of the Group are directed by senior management from its headquarters in Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong. Also based in Hong Kong are 40 employees involved in sales and marketing, shipping, procurement, financial and accounting, and research and development. Manufacturing facilities are located at two sites in Shenzhen, China and employ 1,500. The manufacturing complex embraces a range of vertically integrated activities.
