TREFILEUROPE, a subsidiary of Ispat International N.V., is one of the largest steel wire drawing companies in Europe. It operates 9 specialized production mills, 7 in France and 1 each in Belgium and Italy. The company has extensive expertise in steel wire and rope manufacture and is able to provide a complete range of products in the low and high carbon wire business. As a result of its expertise in wire drawing, TREFILEUROPE produces a wide range of technically advanced products which are sold worldwide, combined with an international network of wire rope service centres such as Traction Levage in France. In addition,TREFILEUROPE is the largest producer of nails in Western Europe with two dedicated mills in France.
