Degussa and Goldschmidt are now Evonik
On September 12th, we introduced a new corporate brand: Evonik Industries. Evonik is the creative industrial group for chemicals, energy and real estate – a global leader in specialty chemicals, an expert in power generation from hard coal and renewable energies, and one of the largest private residential real estate companies in Germany.
As part of the brand launch, our company name has changed as well: Goldschmidt GmbH has been renamed Evonik Goldschmidt GmbH. All contract relationships you have with Goldschmidt GmbH to date will remain in place, with Evonik Goldschmidt GmbH. Please reflect this name change in your future correspondence. Because it may take a while for our IT systems to be completely switched to the new corporate brand, it is possible you will receive business documents bearing the Degussa logo in the weeks ahead.
Naturally, you will continue to benefit from our expertise as a leading specialty chemicals company. Your contacts at Evonik will remain the same.
