PolyOne corporation is the largest supplier of compounds to the wire & cable industry. Our wire & cable business now offers the combined resources of M. A. Hanna and Geon in one customer-focused team. Our vinyl product offering is the most extensive in the industry today. We also offer a complete range of thermoplastic compounds as well as standard and custom, carrier-specific color concentrates. Also part of our product portfolio for the wire & cable industry, are low smoke, zero-halogen (LSF0H) compounds as well as our Syncure and ODESSA lines of moisture-cure crosslinked polyethylene compounds. Applications for our products include: building wire; electronic and communications cable; signal, power, and control cable; and specialty plug molding. Our newest product lines include insulating and jacketing plenum compounds, moisture curable XLPE for XHHW-VW-1 automotive and appliance wire, and other flame retardant olefin compounds. We are a compounding and services company for wire & cable industry.
